Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores your Makefile:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Shared Documents Documents\HWSTC\PROFILES.SAV
You'll probably have to make backups of files, so that they do not lose.
You can now start the game and load the appropriate player profile (called TNT), so you'll be able to unlock access, inter alia, for all vehicles, and the professions.
