Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores your Makefile. You'll probably have to make backups of files, so that they do not lose.
Now you can run the game. Upload directory 100 will cause it to be unlocked all cars, upgrade'y and bonus Quick Race mode. In addition, in Story Mode, all games will no longer be pokoñczone. Upload the Cars will unlock all vehicles.
