Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores your Makefile:
\Total Overdose\Saves\
You'll probably have to make backups of files, so that they do not lose.
You can now start the game and load the save, so you will be able to take the performance of additional tasks, since the main thread will already be completed.
Note: The cheats and tricks listed above may not necessarily work with your copy of the game. This is due to the fact that they generally work with a specific version of the game and after updating it or choosing another language they may (although do not have to) stop working or even malfunction.
