Unzip the contents of the archive file (called SaveGame.XOM) to the directory that stores your Makefile (/Data/). You'll probably have to make backups of files, so that they do not lose.
Now you can run the game. Go to Options, Team Options and select the profile called RVL. With this move you will unlock all campaigns, single missions, videos and weapons.
