Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory where you installed the game, namely:
/Yu-Gi-Oh! Power of Chaos JOEY THE PASSION/Common/
You'll probably have to make backups of files, so that they do not lose. Now you need to run a file called all cards. reg, so to add the registry entry zostany.
