10) Predicted fielding stats scaled down to 1 season (eliminating players with 1000+ games)
11) Simulated minor league catching stats fixed
12) Catcher stats missing from Minors-Fielding.csv (such as SBA) estimated as needed
13) Fixed pitchers with CAREER groundball percent over 100%
14) "Delay League Transactions" check box fixed
