Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory where you installed the game. Run the trainer, and then the game. During the game you will have to use the combination ALT + TAB, so you go out of the game, not closing it. Open the trainer. You can use the following button:

After pressing the button again, press ALT + TABto return to the game.
