Definitive Update is a mod for Age of Empires II: The Conquerors, created by vlad950313.
In author’s own words:
Ready to play. You dont need the original game. Launch using age2_x1/age2_x1.exe Based on the demo version of The Conquerors. For Random Map games. Campaigns dont work. Mod for AOE2 The Conquerors with Userpatch Adds Definitive edition stuff to The Conquerors. No changes to campaigns. All credits belong to their respective owners. All i did was copy and paste some graphics/sounds and modify some numbers here and there.
Differences from DE:
Incas do not start with a free Llama, but with 100 extra food
Keshiks do not generate gold when fighting
Fire Ship available instantly upon reaching castle
villagers cannot garrison rams
Tatar hill Bonus not working
Wonder destruction animation has fewer frames (to save space on HDD)
Instructions:
It’s a standalone game. Just extract the archive and run SetupAoC.exe.
