Halo Wars, each leader has very few unique aspects that make them different from the other leaders. The intention of this mod is to make each leader stand out among the others. This mod will also add 3 more leaders, The Grunt Rebellion, The Flood, and the Rebels. There will also be balancing changes to alter the effectiveness of each unit to ensure there aren't any useless units like in the base game.
