Hi, when I follow the steps on the page to set it up, it doesn't render it for some reason.
I did check if it's actually working so I killed csrss.exe and it generated the crash dump for it.
I don't think it can generate a crash dump if the drivers aren't loaded.

You said it generated the crash dump. Are you going to share it with us?

I was referring to the csrss.exe generating the crash dump after forcefully ending it with Task Manager to see if it worked.
It did generate the crash dump for csrss, but with the actual issue, it doesn't generate a dump and just displays a rather stretched out screen with the STOP code.

Do you have Win 7 installed?
