Unzip and upload the file 16. blap to a subdirectory \save\ located in the directory where the game was installed (the default installation directory is C:\Program Files\Eidos\Hitman Contracts\Save).
Then start the game and load the saved state game called COMPLETED GAME -get in the way of access to all levels and weapons.
