Unzip the contents of the archive file (named sst-cht. exe) to the directory where you installed the game. Now you will need to run the game. In order to do this, use the file sst-cht. exe. After loading the game, go to any mission. While it's playing, you need to press ESC, and then Exit the Game. With this move you will be automatically moved to the next stage of the campaign.
