Unzip the contents of the archive into the folder where you installed the game, and then run the trainer. To make it easier to work properly, then start the game via button START GAME.
During the game you can use the following keys:
Shift + F10 -unlimited ammo for primary weapons;
Shift + F11 -unlimited ammo for weapons alternate;
Shift + F12 -immortality.
