Upload the trainer to the directory where the game is installed, run it, and then using the button "Start" to run the game. During the game by pressing the corresponding key (a complete list of the twenty one keys and effects, what will their pressing displays in the trainer) you get access to, inter alia, such options as: infinite number of lives, infinite amount of infinite number of missiles, ammunition, immediate recovery of Turbo, unlock all levels, etc.
