Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. During the game you will be able to take advantage of the following keys:
Num 1 – Infinite Health
Num 2 – Infinite Stamina
Num 3 – No Hunger/No Max Stamina Drain
Num 4 – Infinite Ammo
Num 5 – No Reload
Num 6 – Infinite Weapon Durability
Num 7 – Zombies Can’t Grab Player
