Upload the trainer to the directory where the game is installed, run it, select from the list the desired game (Freedom Fighters) and then using the button "Run Game" run the same play.
During the game, use the following keys:
H -unlimited hit points (HP)
J -unlimited ammunition
B -pistols and rifles shoot with machine-gun speed
C -maximum charisma
And -unlimited points HP (rookies)
K -fast death
N -pause the fire
M -cancels the hold fire
