Unpack the contents of the archive, run the trainer then the game. During the game you can use the following keys:
Numpad1 - immortality
Numpad2 - items
NUMPAD3 - flashlight
NUMPAD4 - a condition
NUMPAD5 - ammunition
NUMPAD6 - accuracy
