Unzip the contents of the archive to the game directory, run the trainer, and then the game (use the button in the Properties window, the trainer). During the game you will be able to use the following keys:
1 -unlimited resources
2 -the player wins the election
3 -one round until the end of the play (selection)
4 -infinite number of turns
5 -unlimited political capital
6 – unlimited stamina
7 -infinite number of points needed for the creation form
8 -eliminates the effects of the above facilities
