Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. Press F1 while in the main menu of the game. During the game you will be able to take advantage of the following facilities:
NUMPAD1 -9999999 money (you need to be on a global map screen)
NUMPAD2 -9999999 oil (you need to be on a global map screen)
NUMPAD3 – preparation of invention takes one day (click on the icon of the Ministry of development)
NUMPAD4 -stopping the passage of time during battles
NUMPAD5 – end currently game battle
