Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory where you installed the game, run the trainer, and finally fire up the Pro Evolution Soccer 5. During the match fail the following keys:
F1 -adds a single goal to the result achieved by the hosts.
F2 -subtracts one goal the result achieved by the hosts.
F3 -adds a single goal to the result achieved by the guests.
F4 -subtracts one goal the result achieved by the guests.
