Upload the trainer to the directory where the game is installed, start the game, and then run the trainer. During the game, use the following keys:
F1 -enables unlimited life/armor
F2 -off an unlimited amount of life/armor
F3 -enables unlimited ammo
F4 -off an unlimited amount of ammunition
