GAMERS TOOLS | GPU-Z 2.5.0 (tools) ...
GPU-Z is a program created for users who want to obtain detailed information about graphics cards in their computers. The application provides data on matters such as technology (architecture) the card was constructed in, supported DirectX version, GPU and memory clock speed (including size and type of the latter), temperature and voltage of various elements and version of installed drivers, among other things.
GPU-Z supports both new and old graphics cards, including models from manufacturers such as NVIDIA, AMD and Intel.
It is also worth mentioning that the software doesn’t require installing (after running the .exe file it works in the system tray) and it allows to save results in logs.
