GAMERS TOOLS | SSF (tools) ...
SSF is designed for Windows Japanese Sega Saturn console emulator for arcade cabinets and motherboard Sega Titan Video (ST-V). The program copes with the emulation of all regions (PAL and NTSC), but for proper operation requires the BIOS console.
It is also installing a virtual drive to which you can load the file with an image of the disc.
