BREAKING: A 14-year-old boy was killed by an axe blow to the throat in the parking lot of a Lidl supermarket in France this evening

 .The boy was pronounced dead at around 8 p.m. outside the store in Nogent-sur-Oise, roughly an hour's drive north of Paris.
Several suspects have been arrested.
"It's so shocking, just talking about it sends shivers down my spine," said the town's deputy mayor.
